I first started in the real estate
business in 1988. In addition to working in real estate, I
completed my degree at Portland State University with a BS in
Business.
With an emphasis in Marketing, my training works well to sell your
home.
Understanding the market place,
attracting buyers, and selling on the strong points of your home
will help get your home sold.
I also believe two things are rare in
this country today. A strong work ethic and superior customer
service. I demand a high level of service and understand my
clients will expect the same from me. Staying on top of your
transaction will be a main focus.

going through mortgage companies today, certain items may get lost
or go undone. Rest assured I will constantly check on the loan
and closing process to ensure the lender and title company is
earning their fee!
