must. Several reasons. First, it will actually
make you money. Your home, on average, will sell for 2%
more than a home without a warranty. On a $300,000 home, that
is $6000 for a $400 investment. Need more reasons?
Homes with a warranty sell 15% faster. Plus, your home
has a 30% greater chance selling.
Another reason, home repairs
were the fastest-growing consumer complaint in recent studies
of home buyers. 77
percent would prefer to have someone else handle home systems
and appliance repairs. A home warranty helps alleviate many of
these concerns by providing a single source to call. The
average homeowner spends an estimated $900 per year to repair
home systems and appliances, which, if covered under a
warranty, would require either a small service fee or
deductible, typically $50 to $75.

overpriced home? If an agent takes your home as a
listing when it is overpriced, the agent will probable just
use the buyer calls to sell those people on another home and

for the agent, and the agent gets paid from those sales, but
never sells your home...ask yourself this...Who loses in this
